CCC House
Sometimes, the journey to the perfect home takes an unexpected turn. After spending months working with another design firm, our clients found themselves at a crossroads—invested in a vision that didn’t quite spark the excitement they had hoped for. Rather than settling, they made the courageous decision to start fresh. They reached out to us at AMA, ready to embrace a new perspective, a new approach, and ultimately, a home that would truly reflect their dreams.
With a blank slate and renewed energy, we set out to craft a home that would not just meet their needs but elevate their daily experience. Designed for a vibrant family of five, this nearly 5,000 sq. ft. residence had to be both functional and inspiring. The challenge? A narrow 60-foot-wide lot near Colonial Country Club. The solution? A masterfully planned layout that maximizes outdoor space for play, relaxation, and unforgettable gatherings.
Rooted in timeless simplicity and symmetry, the architecture speaks with quiet confidence—an elegant yet modern presence on the street. Inside, every space is designed with intention. A dynamic kitchen, dining, and living area sets the stage for connection, whether it’s a cozy family meal or a lively dinner party. A thoughtfully designed study, exercise room, and playroom bring balance to the home, while the primary suite is nothing short of a personal retreat—a sanctuary to recharge and dream.
For a family seeking inspiration in their everyday lives, the CCC House delivers in every way. This home isn’t just a place to live—it’s a testament to what’s possible when vision, collaboration, and fearless creativity come together.
